Only one word is needed for this blog…fun!
Fun was had by all at the Downtown Street Fair, this past weekend…with music, street dancing, vendors, food trucks, puppy parade, pickleball and so much more.
Kudos to the Downtown Development Association (planners and organizers) for creating this wonderful annual event. I especially enjoyed the Kidpreneaur booths, where local children had the opportunity to showcase and sell their creations. Brilliant! Kids are so very ingenious!
The Grand Forks Children’s Museum lent its Imagination Blocks to the fair. It was fun to watch how creative the children were, building forts, towers, and bridges. There is a reason these are called Imagination Blocks. We had lots of volunteers to oversee our area and we were very pleased to collect surveys for additional input into our planning for the museum.
As summer starts to fade away, and school begins, it was a wonderful event to celebrate life, summer, and the joys of our community. Well done!
